NXP has developed the ICODE® SLI-S to be used in a contactless smart card according to ISO/IEC 15963.

The ICODE® SLI-S is used in applications like public transport ticketing where major cities have adopted.

•2048 bits (2 kbit), organized in 64 blocks of 4 byte each, 4 blocks are summed up to 1 page

• Data retention of 10 years

• Write endurance 100,000 cycles

• Unique identifier for each device

• Lock mechanism for each user memory block (write protection)

•Lock mechanism for DSFID, AFI, EAS
